Preamble
Published vide Notification New Delhi, the 9th December, 2013.
G.S.R. 769(E).--In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) ActDefined in rule 2(a): the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013., 2013 (14 of 2013), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:--
