48. Appointment of Commissioner.- For the purposes of computing the money value of a benefit referred to in sub-section (2) of section 59 of the CodeDefined in rule 2(a): Code means the Industrial Relations Code, 2020 (35 of 2020), the Tribunal may appoint --

(a) person with experience in the particular industry, trade, business or field encompassing the question referred to in sub-section (2) of the said sectionDefined in rule 2(d): section means a section of the Code. (2) Words and expressions used in these rules which are not defined, but are defined in the Code, shall have their respective meanings assigned to them in the Code.; or
(b) person who had been a judge of a civil court; or
(c) stipendiary magistrate; or
(d) Registrar or Secretary of a Tribunal constituted under any Central Act or a Tribunal or a National Industrial Tribunal constituted under the CodeDefined in rule 2(a): Code means the Industrial Relations Code, 2020 (35 of 2020).
