Rule 51 Form of register, etc

51. FormDefined in rule 2(k): form means the forms appended to these rules of register, etc.- (1) The employer of all establishments to which the CodeDefined in rule 2(g): Code means the Code on Wages, 2019 (29 of 2019) applies shall maintain under sub-section (1) of section 50, electronicallyDefined in rule 2(j): electronically means any information submitted by email or maintained or displayed on the designated portal or mobile application or website or digital payment in any mode for the purposes of the Code or in physical formDefined in rule 2(k): form means the forms appended to these rules in the formats appended to these rules, the following registers:--

(i)Employee Register in FormDefined in rule 2(k): form means the forms appended to these rules I;
(ii)Register of Wages, Overtime, Advances, Fines and Deductions for Damage and Loss in FormDefined in rule 2(k): form means the forms appended to these rules
IV; and
(iii)Attendance Register-cum-Muster Roll in FormDefined in rule 2(k): form means the forms appended to these rules IX.
(2) All fines and all realisations referred to in sub-section (8) of section 19 shall be recorded in a register to be kept by the employer electronicallyDefined in rule 2(j): electronically means any information submitted by email or maintained or displayed on the designated portal or mobile application or website or digital payment in any mode for the purposes of the Code or in physical formDefined in rule 2(k): form means the forms appended to these rules in FormDefined in rule 2(k): form means the forms appended to these rules - IV and the authorityDefined in rule 2(d): authority means the authority appointed by the Central Government under sub section (1) of section 45 referred to in sub-section (8) shall be the Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central) having jurisdiction.
(3) All deductions and realisations referred to in sub sectionDefined in rule 2(r): section means a section of the Code (3) of section 21 shall be recorded in a register to be kept by the employer electronicallyDefined in rule 2(j): electronically means any information submitted by email or maintained or displayed on the designated portal or mobile application or website or digital payment in any mode for the purposes of the Code or in physical formDefined in rule 2(k): form means the forms appended to these rules in FormDefined in rule 2(k): form means the forms appended to these rules IV.
(4) The registers maintained under these rules shall be preserved for a period of five years after the date of last entry made therein.
