12. Payment of wages for less than normal working dayDefined in rule 2(i): day means a period of twenty four hours beginning at mid night.--
An employee shall not be entitled to receive wages for a full normal working dayDefined in rule 2(i): day means a period of twenty four hours beginning at mid night under section 10, in case the employee had agreed to work on part time basis, as per the terms of the employment or not entitled to receive such wage under any other labour law for the time being in force.
