167. Instructors. --
The employer of mine or owner of the approved training centre shall appoint sufficient number of instructors having qualification and experience to impart training in vocational training centre:
Provided that, in special circumstances, officials may be called for from the mines, to deliver lectures and for demonstrations at the training centre.
