Rule 145 Accommodation at the below ground mine for persons engaged in rescue work

145. Accommodation at the below ground mine for persons engaged in rescue work.- (1) Whenever rescue trained persons are engaged in rescue or recovery work at a below ground mine, there shall be provided at such mine suitable accommodation for storage and charging of apparatus required for that work.
(2) Such accommodation shall be situated at a convenient place near the entrance in use and shall be properly ventilated and lighted.
(3) Adequate quantity of cool and wholesome drinking water and food shall be provided for the rescue workers.
