142. Medical examination etc. of rescue trained person.- Every rescue trained person shall be re-examined once at least in every twelve months by a qualified medical practitioner as may be designated by the manager in accordance with the standard as specified in FORMDefined in rule 2(b): FORM means FORMS annexed in Annexure VII to these rules IX and in case such person is declared medically unfit, such person shall cease to be a rescue trained person with effect from the date such person has been so declared.
