Short title and Commencement-(1) These rules may be called the National Company Law Tribunal (Procedure for reduction of share capital of Company) Rules,2016
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
(3) The words and expressions used in these rules but not defined and defined in the Companies Act,2013 (hereinafter referred to as the Act) or in the Companies (Specification of Definition Details) Rules,2014 or the National Company Law Tribunal Rules,2016 shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act or the said rules
