163. Register of Appeals, Petitions, etc.- (1) A Register in Form No.NCLT 18 shall be maintained in regard to appeals, petitions, etc., against the orders of the Tribunal to the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and necessary entries therein be promptly made by the judicial branch.
(2) The register shall be placed for scrutiny by the President in the first week of every month.
