Section 31 Certifying Authority to ensure compliance of the Act, etc.
Every Certifying AuthorityDefined in section 2(g): Certifying Authority means a person who has been granted a licence to issue a 1[electronic signature] Certificate under section 24 shall ensure that every person employed or otherwise engaged by it complies, in the course of his employment or engagement, with the provisions of this Act, rules, regulations and orders made thereunder.
