Section 46 Power of Central Government to give directions

The Central Government may give such directions as it may deem necessary to any other authority or any personDefined in section 2(m): person includes— (i) an individual; (ii) a Hindu undivided family; (iii) an association; (iv) a company registered under section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956) or class of persons regarding the carrying into execution of the provisions of this Act.
