Order reference: S.O. 5458(E), dated 5 October 2026 and published on 6 October 2026 under CG-DL-E-07102026-276885, the Digital Personal Data Protection (Removal of Difficulties) Order, 2026, made under section 43(1) of the Act and in force from its publication. It substitutes "child or of a person with disability" for "child or a person with disability" in section 9(1), and "data audit" for "audit" in section 10(2)(c)(ii).
