Form CRL-1
Return regarding number of layers
(see clause (i) of sub-rule (4) of Rule 2)
The form calls for the name and CIN of the company, the number of layers of subsidiaries as on the date of commencement of these rules, and layer-wise details of each subsidiary company: name and CIN of the subsidiary, name and CIN of its holding company, and the percentage of shareholding. The form is filed with the Registrar and is not reproduced in full here.
