11. Applications or forms pending before Central Government, Regional Director or Registrar of Companies.- Any application or formDefined in rule 2(d): Form or e Form means a form set forth in Annexure to these rules which shall be used for the matter to which it relates filed with the Central Government or Regional Director or Registrar (hereinafter referred to as "the authority") prior to the commencement of these rules but not disposed of by such authority for want of any information or document shall, on its submission, to the satisfaction of the authority, be disposed of in accordance with the rules made under the Companies ActDefined in rule 2(a): Act means the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), 1956 (1 of 1956).
