31. Notice of meetings. - The ChairpersonDefined in rule 2(f): Chairperson means the Chairperson of the Board shall fix the date, time and place of every meeting and a notice in writing containing the aforesaid particulars along with a list of business to be conducted at the meeting shall be sent to each memberDefined in rule 2(o): member means a member of the Board by speed post or electronicallyDefined in rule 2(j): electronically means any information submitted by email or maintained or displayed on the designated portal or mobile application or website or digital payment in any mode for the purposes of the Code at least fifteen days before the date fixed for such meeting:
Provided that in the case of an emergent meeting, notice of seven days may be given to every memberDefined in rule 2(o): member means a member of the Board.
