29. Constitution of the BoardDefined in rule 2(e): Board means the Central Advisory Board constituted by the Central Government under sub section (1) of section 42.- The BoardDefined in rule 2(e): Board means the Central Advisory Board constituted by the Central Government under sub section (1) of section 42 shall be constituted under sub-section (1) of section 42 by the Central Government consisting of persons to be nominated by the Central Government.
