15. Manner of exhibiting notice specifying acts and omissions.--
-- A notice referred to in sub-section (2) of section 19 shall be displayed in physical formDefined in rule 2(k): form means the forms appended to these rules or electronicallyDefined in rule 2(j): electronically means any information submitted by email or maintained or displayed on the designated portal or mobile application or website or digital payment in any mode for the purposes of the Code in Hindi, English and local language at the conspicuous place in the premises of the work place in which the employment is carried on and a copy of the notice shall be sent electronicallyDefined in rule 2(j): electronically means any information submitted by email or maintained or displayed on the designated portal or mobile application or website or digital payment in any mode for the purposes of the Code or by speed post to the Inspector-cum-FacilitatorDefined in rule 2(n): Inspector cum Facilitator means a person appointed by the Central Government, under sub section (1) of section 51 having jurisdiction.
